The Amanda Wilkins mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Amanda Wilkins (“Amanda Wilkins,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to the Amanda Wilkins SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Amanda Wilkins through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and other marketing communications (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that enrollment in this program is not required to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Amanda Wilkins. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service; however, you are responsible for any charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please review your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including any fees charged by your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP to 877-734-0447. To receive assistance at any time, text HELP to 877-734-0447. You will receive a one-time confirmation message after opting out, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate contact. If you have subscribed to other Amanda Wilkins mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, you must opt out separately from each program by following the instructions provided in their respective terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may change any short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a number or short code that has been changed may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to outdated numbers.
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll in the program using your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, or any actions taken or not taken based on the information or Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
